What's included 

Most things are provided for your stay 

Our livingroom has a T.V and dvd player with a range of dvd's plus we have a Chromecast attached  to TV (as TV is not a smart TV)so you can cast your netflix or YouTube from your phone to TV. 

Master bedroom also has a wall mounted TV which has an inbuilt DVD player. Again it's not a smart TV but you can attach the chrome cast from living room TV and cast your netflix ect. 

There is a private WiFi ( find password on instructions page)

Gas central heating ( how to use on instructions page)

Fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, gas cooker, pots and pans ( some essentials will be there like salt, pepper. Cooking oil, porridge, tea, coffee- please help yourself.

Bed linen and towels(please ask if you need extra)

Hairdryer located in main bedroom drawer 

Board games - a selection can be found underneath under the TV.

Iron and ironing board - located behind twin bedroom door

Hot water bottles- located in one of the kitchen drawers- perfect for the chilly nights 

Misc- there is additional items in the drawer in kitchen which you are welcome to anything. 

*Shop in cabinet by window - selection of cards 

 

*If coming in cooler months, please bring warmer clothes.
